Senior Director, District Councils

The Senior Director, District Councils, reports into the Senior Vice President, District Councils and works closely with the Vice Presidents, District Councils, providing operational support to all District Council local and regional teams. S/he also provides leadership, expertise and coordination for affinity group programs and activities on behalf of the Americas Region District Council network.

The Senior Director leads a team that plays a critical role in disseminating and sharing information across the network to ensure that the District Councils operate efficiently and effectively. The Senior Director will support the field staff and volunteer-member leaders who run each District Council by facilitating information sharing events, programs, and initiatives. S/he will build peer-to-peer networks and manage information-sharing programs, communication channels, and vehicles that foster the exchange of useful information and alignment of ULI activities across the network.

In order to best support the District Councils and their members, the Senior Director provides support as part of the extended network management team, whether it’s supporting a strategic plan or directing the network. Vice President, District Councils

ULI Americas is growing the organization’s capacity of its Member Networks team by adding two Vice President, District Councils positions.  Reporting to the Senior Vice President, District Councils, each Vice President is responsible for managing, leading, and delivering work for a subset of District Councils within the Americas region. The Vice President, District Councils oversees network resources, initiatives and opportunities for their District Councils, and fosters the sharing of best practices across the network.

An experienced leader, the Vice President, District Councils will work closely with the Americas District Council team on the implementation of ULI’s strategic vision for District Councils, providing guidance and support to advance and sustain their District Councils.

Manager, Outreach and Networks

ULI’s Building Healthy Places Initiative (BHP) is seeking a skilled Manager for Outreach and Networks to maximize the reach and impact of our publications and reports and support the implementation of core programs.
