Caroline is responsible for the delivery of projects across Pembroke’s global portfolio, ensuring a consistent level of quality in design and construction. Leveraging her knowledge of city planning to advance public realm activation and sustainability, Caroline has initiated a global sustainability platform for Pembroke. She also collaborates with Pembroke’s acquisition, asset management, marketing and finance teams to support due diligence, leasing, property branding efforts, corporate communications and investor reporting. 

Prior to earning a Master’s in Urban Planning and joining Pembroke in 2011, Caroline held various design and commercial real estate positions: working with a real estate attorney, an architectural firm, a modern furniture company and a major American art museum. She is a LEED Green Associate and a member of the ULI Sustainable Development Council.
