Growth of ULI Greenprint Center for Building Performance Exceeds 70 Members
The cumulative holdings of ULI Greenprint members total more than 18,000 properties in the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific regions.
The city of Cape Coral, Florida invited the Urban Land Institute for a holistic review of current opportunities and challenges related to the economic development of Cape Coral. This includes understanding market and economic opportunities unique to the area, further solidifying Cape Coral’s community cohesiveness through strategic design, and leveraging partnerships to achieve sustainable change. Ultimately, the panel will assist the City in what actional steps can help foster sustainable infrastructural and economic growth given projected continued population growth in the next several decades.
