Brickell City Centre (“BCC”) is a landmark $1.05 billion 4.9 million square foot mixed-use development strategically and conveniently located in the center of the Brickell/Downtown financial district in Miami Florida. Developed by Swire Properties Inc, one of South Florida’s leading international real estate developers known for its $1 billion master -planned development of Brickell Key. The first phase of this project spans 8.46 acres including a 496,000 square feet luxury and premium shopping center, two 43- story residential towers, Reach and Rise, each comprised of 390 units EAST, Miami hotel with 352 rooms, including 8 suites, 89 residences; two mid-rise, Class A office buildings, known as Two BCC and Three BCC totaling 260,000 square feet, each 12 storeys tall; two levels of underground car park and direct connection of public transportation via Metro mover station. The project is LEED- registered for Neighborhood Development, currently one of the largest in the U.S. Sustainability elements include the $ 30 million CLIMATE RIBBON an above ground environmental element that spans 150,000 square feet, connecting the project’s three city blocks and acts as a passive climate management system. As largest private -sector project in Florida, Brickell City Centre began vertical construction in 2013 and the first phase of construction began completion end of 2015. All elements were completed and fully operational by November 2016.
