EYA President Bob Youngentob grew up in Montgomery County.  After working with development companies including JBG Companies and Holladay Corp, Bob co-founded the Bethesda-based EYA with Terry Eakin in 1992. EYA was established with the vision of building innovative urban neighborhoods to the highest standards. The company has made its name and reputation by creating high-quality, lifestyle friendly, mixed-use residential communities throughout the Washington Metropolitan Area.
