‘10 Principles for Embedding Racial Equity into Real Estate Development’
Take a deep dive into ULI’s groundbreaking report of ten guiding ideas that can help developers, investors, and other practitioners make racial equity a central part of their real estate practice. Each principle distills insights from industry leaders and includes specific best practices that can be applied to different sectors, markets, and geographies.
Over the course of two weeks, registered participants will read the report on their own and assemble for a 90-minute virtual workshop led by ULI advisor and report contributor Tiffany Young. Together workshop participants will explore the opportunities and challenges for driving the industry toward more equitable and racially just community outcomes.

Tiffany Young is a leader in public health and social equity. As CEO of Think Equity, and previously as co-founder of Epic Health Solutions, she advises a variety national of organizations such as the National Association of Chronic Disease Directors, the National Parks and Recreation Association, and the Urban Land Institute, where she peer reviewed 10 Principles for Embedding Racial Equity in Real Estate Development.
