Anna has gained experience in various industries. As a Strategy and Organizational Consultant in the social economic and public sector, she participated in a project by the German Federal Ministry of Health whose goal was to develop tools aiming to improve working conditions and wellbeing of nursing staff. Furthermore, she supported the board of Deutsche Welthungerhilfe as an Executive Assistant in strategic issues and discussions, fighting all forms of hunger and malnutrition.
Her lateral move from a non-profit environment into the business world was driven by the desire to expose herself to different stakeholders’ interests and needs, aspiring to generate impact at the interface between people and real estate, as well as showing how the built environment can strengthen social standards, for instance by creating healthier and more equitable spaces.
As a project manager concentrating on ESG topics, especially social impact, Anna cocreates sustainable living spaces from the perspective of real estate development. She displays a strong interest in questions around workspace design and its impact on individual, collective and organizational health. Social commitment is a key driver in Anna’s life, and she has organized projects for disabled people and is highly committed to inclusion and social equity.
Anna acquired comprehensive international and interdisciplinary experience during various stays abroad as well as throughout her studies, holding a bachelor’s degree in International Cultural and Business Studies from the University of Passau and a master’s degree in Nonprofit Management and Governance from the University of Münster.
