Summary

Manatee County Florida, located on the south end of the Tampa Bay Metropolitan Statistical Region, recently engaged in a scoping exercise entitled “How Will We Grow”. This report outlined possible geographic growth scenarios based on target investment. The ULI panel was invited to Manatee County to evaluate this initial investigation and offer alternatives.
