The Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) Center for Sustainability and Economic Performance (CSEP) announced today the addition of three new members to its executive board. ULI is a global, multidisciplinary real estate organization whose work is driven by more than 45,000 members dedicated to responsible land use and building thriving communities.
The Center for Sustainability and Economic Performance’s Advisory Board provides strategic direction and ongoing program guidance for the center’s activities. The new board members are:
They replace Michael Franco, president, Vornado Realty Trust and Tom Rucker, managing director and chief operating officer of property management and development and construction operations, Berkshire Hathaway, who have rotated off due to term limits.
“I’m excited to welcome AJ, Greg and Jeff to the CSEP Advisory Board,” said Billy Grayson, executive director, ULI Center for Sustainability and Economic Performance. “Their wealth of industry knowledge and expertise will be highly valuable as we move towards new initiatives and groundbreaking reports. I also want to thank Michael and Tom for their service as members of the CSEP Board. They are passionate advocates for sustainability and I look forward to working with them in other capacities in the future.”
