The Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) Center for Sustainability and Economic Performance (CSEP) announced today the addition of three new members to its executive board. ULI is a global, multidisciplinary real estate organization whose work is driven by more than 45,000 members dedicated to responsible land use and building thriving communities.

The Center for Sustainability and Economic Performance’s Advisory Board provides strategic direction and ongoing program guidance for the center’s activities. The new board members are:

• ULI Global Governing Trustee AJ Jackson, executive vice president, social impact investing, JBG Smith;
• ULI Global Governing Trustee and former chair, ULI Southeast Florida/Caribbean Greg West, chief executive officer, ZOM; and
• Jeff Hebert, partner, HR&A

They replace Michael Franco, president, Vornado Realty Trust and Tom Rucker, managing director and chief operating officer of property management and development and construction operations, Berkshire Hathaway, who have rotated off due to term limits.
