Best Bets for Real Estate Investment and Development in 2020 to be Highlighted at ULI’s Fall Meeting

Industry’s Premier Event is Set for September 18-21 in Washington D.C.
WASHINGTON (August 22, 2019) – The best bets for real estate investment and development for next year – including markets and industry sectors – will be highlighted at the Urban Land Institute’s 2019 Fall Meeting, set for September 18-21 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C.
These predictions and other observations on industry trends are included in the 2020 Americas edition of Emerging Trends in Real Estate®, the highly anticipated real estate forecast co-published each year by ULI and PwC. The report will be released to media during a press-only lunch taking place on Thursday, September 19, from 11:00 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the convention center. The lunch will feature a panel of renowned industry experts discussing the report: ULI Global Chairman Owen Thomas, chief executive officer of Boston Properties; Mitchell Roschelle, partner, PwC; Andrew Warren, director of real estate research, PwC; and other ULI leaders.

Following the press-only lunch, the Emerging Trends discussion will continue during a real estate session for all attendees from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. This conversation will be one of many informative real estate sessions on the Fall Meeting schedule. - Increasing the stock of affordable housing; and
- Building inclusive neighborhoods.
