• The Business Case for Diversity and Inclusion: Concept, Practice and Actionable Insights: Panelists will discuss how diversity can add to building, growing and sustaining businesses, how to implement inclusion strategies, and how to build a more inclusive and productive real estate development ecosystem.
• Making Sustainability Work for Hotels and Resorts: In this session, panelists will delve deeper into ULI’s forthcoming report, Sustainability in Hotels: Opportunities Driving Value-Add and Trends Shaping the Future of Hospitality and discuss how sustainability can play a strong role in enhancing the overall guest experience.
• Taking Advantage of Real Estate Transactions to Embed Sustainability in (and Add Value to) the Deal: At this session, panelists will discuss the opportunities that exist to leverage sustainability to reduce long-term risks and drive higher returns over time. This panel will expand upon the recently released report Embedding Sustainability in Real Estate Transactions with real world examples of how companies are embedding sustainability principles into their acquisitions.
